Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
