Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Operations Integrator who will own all aspects of a subsystem, including CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and integrated testing for the New Glenn program.

You will develop constraints, alerts, and limits for flight tests, work with vehicle operations, and provide real-time troubleshooting during tests and launches. Strong analytical skills and collaborative spirit are essential to feed lessons learned back into flight operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) or another technical field.
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience in system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to balance several tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Author operations documents that define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for seamless system integration.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Analyze test data and provide actionable recommendations for design improvements.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
