Job summary

Pelthos is seeking a Territory Manager for Pensacola, FL, to launch and promote our therapeutic product within targeted specialty physician offices. You will drive demand, develop territory plans, and build long-term relationships with healthcare teams to deliver compliant, evidence-based information.

The role requires 3+ years in biotech/pharma sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to five days per week. Dermatology, pediatrics, or startup exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics, or startup exposure is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the geography.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person and group interactions to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and create territory business planning to drive impact and sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and key stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape to position products.
• Develop and refine a territory business plan to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Deliver engaging presentations and promotional programs aligned with corporate messaging and compliance standards.
• Serve as a trusted resource by providing tailored solutions and a personalized experience based on account needs.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and field teams to address evolving customer needs and goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and commitment to ethical behavior.
• Maintain full field coverage with the ability to travel five days per week.
