Job summary

Corner Health is building a network of independent, in-person primary care practices powered by modern technology. We seek a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end process of launching new nurse practitioner practices on the Corner Health platform.

You’ll guide providers through contracts, EHR setup, scheduling configurations, and activation, coordinating with credentialing, billing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless launch and strong patient connections.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-slope environment (early-stage startup, top-tier consulting, or similar) or clinician turned operator.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage 20+ launches.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence to support first-time practice owners through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full launch lifecycle from contract to first patient visits for new NP practices.
• Guide providers through EHR setup, scheduling configuration, and activation, coordinating with external partnerships for a seamless launch.
• Conduct launch readiness checks, troubleshoot issues pre-go-live, and serve as primary contact during the launch window.
• Coordinate with credentialing, billing, and operations teams to ensure pre-launch requirements are met on time.
• Refine launch playbooks, document bottlenecks, and develop repeatable processes.
• Provide coaching on practice-building strategies, follow-up scheduling, appointment availability, and patient communication.
• Report on launch metrics such as time to first appointment and credentialing cycle time.
