Job summary

Kinstead, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations leader to own the end-to-end process from contract signing to a live, paying NP practice. You will manage credentialing, licensure, revenue cycle, and vendor relationships, partnering with our COO to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead our Ops Specialist and collaborate with credentialing, billing, and front-desk vendors to scale launches, improve processes, and deliver consistent care experiences across states.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in healthcare operations.
• Hands-on with credentialing, payer enrollment, revenue cycle, or practice launch.
• A builder who runs what they build and keeps it running week after week.
• Fluent with AI, using tools to move faster and judging outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own Kinstead's operations end to end from contract to live, paid, growing practice.
• Design and run ops workflows day to day and be the first line when something breaks.
• Lead the Ops Specialist and manage credentialing, billing, and front desk vendors.
• Publish a monthly ops and financial report; establish SLAs with core vendors.
• Coordinate with the clinical director on daily practice operations.
