Job summary

Alloy Personal Training Progress Ridge seeks a Founding Studio Director/General Manager to launch and lead a new Beaverton studio. You will build a team, drive membership sales, and establish the culture, systems, and client experience that power long-term growth.

You will own presales, local partnerships, staff development, and daily operations, with strong earning potential through base salary and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5+ years in fitness sales, studio management, business operations, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of growing memberships or revenue.
• Ability to own revenue goals and analyze performance data.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfortable building community and relationships locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead presale and grand opening efforts with ownership partnership.
• Develop a consistent sales process and personally connect with prospects.
• Build relationships with Beaverton and surrounding communities.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and oversee studio staff.
• Manage daily operations, service standards, and member experience.
• Track sales, membership, retention, and other KPIs; act on data.
• Own revenue goals, membership growth, and profitability.
• Represent Alloy Progress Ridge at local events and in the community.
