Beghou Consulting seeks a strategic delivery leader to drive innovation, execution, and analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, forecasting, and reporting in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences. You will scale programs for clients, delivering measurable impact across Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, client management, and team development in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of managing analytics, strategy, and consulting initiatives.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences and commercial ops.
• Expertise with analytics tooling and data sources across BI stacks.
• Strong project leadership and executive communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage programs from the ground up, including client and team management, solution design, quality testing, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and inform stakeholders; manage project finances and draft SOWs.
• Develop and lead new POVs and innovation initiatives.
• Provide SME insights to inform business development, client engagement and solution innovation.
• Design analytics solutions for BD and supply-side programs.
• Train and develop a delivery team to execute client solutions.
• Provide project leadership for process improvements and client requests.
• Support management through engagement, recruitment, training, and coaching; contribute to internal initiatives.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and grow external client engagements.
