Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Patient Services Operations, to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from definition to go-live. You will drive onboarding, product readiness, and operational scale across PSO and partner teams in a hands-on, execution-focused role.

The role requires strong systems thinking, ambiguity management, and the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority to deliver repeatable program management standards. On-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in program/ops, PM, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional onboarding and launches, coordinating with Growth, Product, Engineering, Operations and other partners.
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution plans for delivery.
• Ensure operational readiness across workflows, training, and capacity.
• Develop governance, risk management, and executive-ready reporting.
