Job summary

Albemarle Corporation is launching LAUNCH, a two-year rotational program for recent graduates. As a LAUNCH Associate, you will contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives across one of four pillars and collaborate with leaders to gain broad exposure across enterprise functions.

You will develop leadership skills, apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit, and accelerate your career through mentorship and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA not specified in ad; typical program requires solid academics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies preferred.
• Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience preferred.
