Job summary

Albemarle Corporation invites recent graduates to join LAUNCH, a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate professional experience across four transformation pillars. You will contribute to enterprise initiatives, work with mentors, and gain exposure to multiple business units and functions.

As a LAUNCH Associate, you will analyze data, support strategic projects, develop leadership skills, and apply digital tools including AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights, recommendations, and visualizations.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies preferred.
• Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience preferred.

• Develop and apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit, including Systems Thinking, Change Leadership, Prioritization & Tradeoffs, Talent Acceleration, Transformation Mindset, and Human-Agent Workforce capabilities.
