Job summary

Albemarle Corporation in the United States is seeking a LAUNCH Associate, a two-year rotational program for recent graduates designed to accelerate professional experience across enterprise transformation pillars.

You will contribute to high-impact initiatives in Specialties, Energy Storage, Enterprise Operating Model, and Enablement while gaining mentorship, broad exposure, and hands-on analytics using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights, recommendations, and visualizations.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies preferred.
• Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience preferred.
