Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Miami, FL seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch a GI/Hepatology program. You will develop territory strategy, engage physicians, and deliver clinical value through high-impact presentations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and travel as needed to meet sales goals while upholding ethical standards and compliance. A proven track record in pharma sales and strong scientific acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharma sales.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales track record.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals by developing and executing territory plans.
• Build professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Conduct group presentations and account-based selling.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks.
