Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Content Strategist for its Help Center to craft and optimize self-serve content across Meta products. You will partner with product, operations, legal, and SMEs to build a reliable source of truth for launches and ensure content is clear and machine-retrievable.

You will develop training data, prompts, and LLM judges to support AI-powered help, using data to guide decisions with cross-functional partners while maintaining accessibility and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content strategy experience, including content creation, management, and editing.
• 3+ years in help and support content, CMS workflows, or online operations at a tech company.
• Experience managing multiple projects with ambiguity and changing deadlines.
• Experience using AI tooling to complement content workflows.
• Experience building or evaluating AI model training datasets and prompts.
• Experience tracking content metrics to improve platform and model performance.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex product policies in simple language for humans and machines.
• Collaborate with product, operations, legal, and SMEs to ensure a reliable source of truth.
• Build golden sets to train AI support models and evaluate output quality.
• Develop LLM-as-a-judge and engineered prompts for automated evaluations.
• Use data with partners to drive decisions on content and AI-support initiatives.
