Job summary

Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. invites an experienced Medical Science Liaison Director to lead field-based scientific engagement across the United States for Deramiocel (CAP-1002) and related neuromuscular disease programs.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and VP Medical Affairs to translate field insights into medical strategy. The role emphasizes KOL engagement, multi-discipline collaboration, and alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced therapeutic area knowledge in neuromuscular disease, cardiology, or pediatrics.
• Proven track record of engaging KOLs and scientific exchange.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory KOL/HCP engagement plans.
• Deliver scientific presentations on Deramiocel and DMD cardiomyopathy.
• Support advisory boards, symposia, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Identify real-world evidence opportunities and coordinate with HEOR and Medical Director.
• Provide scientific training to internal stakeholders and maintain data fluency.
