WillHire, Inc. is seeking a project management resource to support the early asset and launch readiness teams.

The role focuses on standing up the integrated launch plans for two assets as they move into commercialization, with a goal of establishing a robust process for transitioning from early asset planning to formal asset team stand-up in Q1 2027. The candidate should have prior launch planning and execution experience, strong project management capabilities (Smartsheet preferred), and

• Early asset design experience preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities, especially Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with launch excellence teams and capability design across Medical, Marketing, Value & Access.

Supporting the early asset team and launch readiness team with standing up the launch planning process, specifically focused on developing the integrated launch plans for two assets. With two new assets moving into commercialization, we look for a strong project management resource that can support different functions with standing up the launch plan, identify gaps and document a robust process to support the transition from early asset planning to formal asset team stand up in Q1 2027. This person will be key support to the early asset team and launch readiness team (this is a central capability) supporting the launch readiness need and work with the 4 asset managers.

• Prior launch planning and execution experience
• Early asset design experience (preferred)
• Strong project management capabilities (ideally strong Smartsheet skills, managing cross-functional dependencies)
• Familiarity with launch excellence teams and capability design (e.g., onboarding, launch methodology and different functional areas such as Medical, Marketing, Value & Access)
