Job summary

Magnit is seeking a dedicated launch planning and program management resource to stand up the integrated plans for two assets moving into commercialization in early 2027. You will support the early asset and launch readiness teams, coordinating across Medical, Marketing, Value & Access to identify gaps and document robust transition processes.

Qualifications

• Prior launch planning and execution experience.
• Early asset design experience (preferred).
• Strong project management capabilities with Smartsheet skills.
• Familiarity with launch excellence teams and capability design across Medical, Marketing, Value & Access.

Responsibilities

• Support standing up the launch planning process for two assets.
• Develop integrated launch plans and identify gaps.
• Document robust processes to transition from early asset planning to formal asset team stand-up.
• Collaborate with the early asset team and launch readiness team and asset managers.
