Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Launch Planning Support role to aid the asset manager and broader asset team in launch readiness and consumer experience initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and the Consumer Experience Lead to drive the obesity/MASH asset launch and related capability design.

The ideal candidate has prior launch planning and execution experience, knowledge of the GLP-1 market, and strong project management skills, preferably with Smartsheet, to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with launch planning/execution.
• Knowledge of GLP-1 market (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Value & Access).
• Strong project management; Smartsheet experience a plus.
• Understanding of omnichannel and technical architecture needs.

Job description

Supporting the asset manager and asset team with launch planning, specifically focused on the consumer experience, and supporting the broader team with launch readiness capability building. This person will be key support to the asset team, inclusive of all functional areas such as Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and will heavily support the Consumer Experience Lead supporting the launch of the obesity/MASH asset. In addition, we are looking for this person to support the launch readiness team more broadly with capability design and presenting the team’s skillsets to the broader organization through mock launch support, methodology design etc.

• Prior launch planning and execution experience
• Knowledge of the GLP-1 market
• Knowledge of consumer experience design (preferred)
• Strong project management capabilities (ideally with Smartsheet, managing cross-functional dependencies)
• Knowledge of supporting capabilities to enable the experience design (omnichannel, technical architecture and infrastructure needs)
• Familiarity with launch excellence teams and capability design (e.g., onboarding, launch methodology, facilitation of mock launches
