You will craft onboarding, disease-state, product, market access, and field-execution programs, ensuring accuracy and practical application across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams. You will also manage vendors, build assessments, and lead train-the-trainer initiatives, with a focus on measurable business

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with 3+ years in commercial training or learning and development.

• Develop and execute the U.S. commercial training strategy, curriculum, and launch-readiness plan for customer-facing teams.
