MoonLake is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to build and run the U.S. commercial training program for the potential HS launch of sonelokimab.

You will design onboarding, disease-state, product, and market access curricula, delivering blended learning that prepares customer-facing teams for launch and sustained in-market excellence. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Compliance is essential, along with managing vendors, budgets, and training

Qualificações

• Design and deliver training for specialty/biologic products with launch experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, adult learning, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning tools, vendor management, and analytics.
• Translate complex scientific and commercial info into practical learning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute U.S. commercial training strategy for launch-readiness.
• Create onboarding, disease-state, product, and market access training modules.
• Design blended learning using live, virtual, home-study, and certifications.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality of training programs.
• Govern content, approvals, facilitator guides, LMS records, and reporting.
• Prepare leaders via train-the-trainer programs and coaching tools.
• Measure training impact using participation, knowledge, confidence, and business indicators.
