Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with automotive suppliers, preferably stamping.
• Prior project management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exposure to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Minitab.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP/PPAP activities and gate reviews for launches.
• Manage timelines, statuses, and documentation for new product introductions.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on launch requirements and issues.
• Ensure 100% conformance to AIAG/ customer quality docs during PPAP.
• Drive program dashboards and status reporting to teams.
