Job summary

Pridgeon and Clay is seeking a Launch Quality Engineer/Project Manager to lead the successful launch of new products, build strong customer relationships, and drive proactive analysis to resolve issues with zero defects.

The role requires APQP/PPAP, GD&T, SPC and MSA expertise, plus strong project management skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in automotive stamping environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive stamping or supplier quality environments.
• Strong project management and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP/PPAP processes for new product launches.
• Coordinate engineering changes and PPAP submissions across multiple plants.
• Ensure on-time completion of launch milestones and documentation.
