Job summary

Toyoda Gosei Americas seeks an experienced project/launch manager to plan, direct, and monitor activities ensuring safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery for automotive programs.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers, prepare management reports, and support preproduction to mass production stages with a strong emphasis on APQP processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a technical field or five years related experience.
• Reading/writing business correspondence and technical procedures.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage launch activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Coordinate customer documentation and internal/external meetings; communicate schedules and issues.
• Support APQP, FMEA, control plans, and measurement systems throughout product programs.
• Monitor preproduction, HVPT, ramp-up, and production stages; track issues and support documentation.
