Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead automotive launch programs from inception to sign-off. You will head APQP teams, coordinate engineering activities, and ensure readiness across tooling and production readiness, while driving continuous improvement and supplier coordination.

The role requires extensive experience in injection molding, painting, assembly, GD&T, and automotive exterior plastics, with travel to customer and supplier locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in computer systems (MSOffice, Project, Windows, Macros and Data base).
• 5 years program management and 5 years engineering experience in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs from New and Revised to Successful Production Sign off of Launch.
• Assemble and lead APQP team to ensure launches meet time, budget and requirements.
• Supervise project/design engineers during the program.
• Provide DFM/DFA improvements to the customer.
• Coordinate prototype/production sample submissions and QA data submission.
