Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for New Product Introduction to own end-to-end launches, from definition to go-live and post-launch optimization. You will build repeatable NPI processes, drive cross-functional programs across Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering, and define pricing, quoting rules, and contract controls for new offerings.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical program management, revenue operations, product operations, or commercial systems.

Responsibilities

Stand up NPI as a repeatable discipline and set the standard for launch processes.
Own end-to-end launch program including timeline and cross-functional readiness plan.
Design commercial and operational aspects of launches, including pricing, rules, and controls.
Integrate acquired products into the commercial system with consistent pricing and contracts.
Test end-to-end flow (quote-to-cash) before go-live and ensure readiness criteria.
Lead go-live readiness and coordinate field activation with Enablement.
Build automation to accelerate the commercial system and reduce manual work.
Track launches post go-live and close gaps for future launches.
