Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Space Coast, FL seeks an Associate – Material Movement II to manage parts flow, inventory accuracy, and kit fulfillment for launch operations at Cape Canaveral. You will receive, inspect, label, and stage parts, and work with ERP systems to keep real-time stock aligned with work orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–7+ years in aerospace/manufacturing, strong English, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-7+ years in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Costpoint and/or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve the customer to ensure work is not delayed due to parts.
• Forecast part requirements and transfers to launch pad for work orders.
• Maintain inventory per policy with proper labeling, storage, and packaging.
• Perform cycle and annual inventory counts; research discrepancies.
• Kit parts to work orders; pull, package, label, and transact parts from inventory.
• Inspect and receive parts returned to stock from work orders.
• Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with shipping for on-time transfers; support planning and purchasing.
