The role requires 2+ years in project management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch calls to coordinate multiple disciplines for new Points of Access.
• Assist in management of logistics projects related to changes, expansions, and strategic initiatives.
• Act as administrative lead: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, creating status reports.
• Support tracking of project performance and ensure timely completion of goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate system updates related to launches and operational changes.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure display supply for expansion.
• Track fixtures and displays and maintain records.
• Communicate project updates through reports, presentations and meetings.
