Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director of Fresh Delivery Marketing to drive growth across the Fresh Delivery channel, lead a small team, and partner with senior leadership to align with brand, innovation, and enterprise capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing or related commercial leadership, experience with major retailers, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing, commercialization, customer marketing, shopper marketing, category management, eCommerce, or related commercial leadership roles.
Experience working with major retail customers such as Walmart, Target, grocery, convenience, club, or mass channels.
Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing and commercialization initiatives.
Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience within CPG, food & beverage, retail, omnichannel commerce, or QSR environments preferred.
Experience with retail media, shopper marketing, eCommerce, and commercialization preferred.
Familiarity with category management and Joint Business Planning processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual Fresh Delivery marketing strategy to drive revenue, distribution, velocity, and profitability.
Partner with CCO and sales leadership to translate priorities into growth-driving marketing strategies.
Identify growth opportunities and establish priorities across key retail channels and customers.
Translate consumer, shopper, category, retailer, and eCommerce insights into actionable growth plans.
Monitor performance and recommend actions to improve results across channels and markets.
Lead commercialization strategy and go-to-market execution for innovation and seasonal offerings.
Align Fresh Delivery plans with customer, category, shopper, and channel opportunities to maximize retail success.
Drive cross-functional alignment from concept to launch with customers.
Lead customer marketing, shopper marketing, media, merchandising, and promotional strategies across key retail partners.
Partner with Sales for Joint Business Planning and retailer-specific growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Media and eCommerce teams to optimize retailer media strategies and omnichannel performance.
Ensure activation plans support retailer objectives while strengthening the Krispy Kreme brand.
Lead a high-performing Fresh Delivery Marketing team and connect with enterprise capabilities.
Influence cross-functional partners around shared business objectives.
