Job summary

Danone launches a new leadership role in Minster, OH to drive site-wide change across innovation, renovation, and productivity initiatives. You will coordinate plans, ensure early manufacturing engagement, and manage complex start-ups to minimize disruption while delivering speed and reliability.

You will lead the Launch Team, align site and Operations master plans, and coach leaders through Standard Work Processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost improvements in a dynamic production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Advanced degree or certification in Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Supply Chain
• 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project execution roles

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the site/module change master plan, aligning with the Operations master plan to minimize impact to production
• Represent Manufacturing during preliminary definition of site-impacting projects and provide early input
• Lead site start-up leaders in execution of SWP and change initiatives
• Act as escalation point to remove barriers and ensure alignment with initiative deliverables
• Lead the site Launch Team to execute initiative deliverables, standards, technology transfer, and training to operations
• Manage initiative start-ups and serve as Start-up Leader for complex site initiatives
• Leverage knowledge of site systems and org structure to drive execution and integration with operations
