Job summary

Process Street seeks a growth-forward marketer to lead demand creation for Dash, our AI teammate within a remote-first startup. You will conceive and run multi-channel campaigns, build launch moments, and form partnerships to turn attention into qualified pipeline.

You’ll own content, discovery, and the automated production layer, delivering high-volume output and measurable ROI while adapting to an entrepreneurially driven environment.

• You learn new tools fast and enjoy applying AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns that earn attention and drive pipeline across channels.
• Build launch moments coordinating creative, paid push, and partner distribution.
• Invent channels and activations with measured, testable outcomes.
• Own the content calendar and output across search, video, social, and community.
• Direct the automated production layer and extend it to new formats and platforms.
• Own discovery in both traditional and AI-assisted ways to capture buyers’ interest.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure all output matches Dash’s distinct personality.
• Convert attention into pipeline by managing ad accounts and vendor partnerships.
• Keep finding the next advantage through rapid experimentation.
