Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and anticipated graduation date.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Excel/Power BI and AI tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
- Collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges and advance priorities.
- Analyze data and insights to inform decisions, recommendations and plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify work and drive innovation.
- Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity.
- Develop and apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit and related capabilities.
