Job summary

Source One Hospitality seeks an entrepreneurial General Manager/Managing Partner to lead the opening and ongoing operation of a new tavern-style pizza concept focused on carryout and delivery. You will own the restaurant’s people, performance, profitability, and guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to recruit, train, and manage the opening team while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QSR or fast-casual operations, especially carryout/delivery.
• Strong grasp of restaurant financials including P&L, COGS, labor and inventory.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain opening teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational aspects of pre-opening and opening rollout.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop opening team and shift leaders.
• Manage P&L and drive profitability, cost controls and budgeting.
• Develop local marketing and community outreach to build awareness.
