Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training and managing store employees.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Inventory control and food cost management.
• Control labor costs and meet performance goals.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and service recovery.
