Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager in a hands-on leadership role to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure product quality, and drive profitability. The GM will train staff, manage schedules, control costs, and uphold policy compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of safety and inventory practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring orders reflect customer requests.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain staffing levels, orient and train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year with customer service and local marketing efforts.
• Manage costs and assets, ensure safety standards, and oversee inventory, maintenance, and cash management.
