Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative for its Launch program in the Chicago area. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, generating new business, and supporting end-to-end sales processes.

You will travel domestically as needed and participate in an intensive training track before placing into a branch office. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of sales or related experience and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of sales, purchasing, product, vendors, warehousing and branch operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and call on assigned customer accounts to drive sales.
• Maintain professional relationships with customer staff to secure orders.
• Prepare quotes and communicate delivery terms to win business.
• Participate in regular reviews with management to understand opportunities.
