Job summary

The Remedy Group seeks a licensed pharmacist to lead the launch and implementation of rare-disease specialty pharmacy programs from contract award through go-live and post-launch stabilization. You will serve as the primary manufacturer contact and guide cross-functional teams to deliver compliant launches.

Responsibilities include leading launches from planning to stabilization, managing the implementation lifecycle with the manufacturer, developing launch plans and SOPs, coordinating staff

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with PharmD or active Rx license.
• 4+ years in specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or patient services.
• Experience leading operational-readiness or product launch projects.
• Strong project management and client-facing communication.

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist and launch leader to oversee new rare-disease specialty pharmacy programs from contract award through go-live and post-launch stabilization. In this role, you will serve as the primary manufacturer contact and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful, compliant launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch Leadership: Lead specialty pharmacy implementations and product launches from planning through stabilization.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary manufacturer partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Operational Readiness: Develop launch plans, timelines, workflows, and SOPs while coordinating staff training and process testing.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align pharmacy operations, hub services, REMS, cold-chain distribution, and reporting requirements across multiple teams.
• Performance Tracking: Manage multiple concurrent launches, track project risks, monitor KPIs, and lead post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or patient services, with a proven track record leading operational-readiness or product launch projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows (intake, reimbursement, dispensing) and working knowledge of CareTend.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional project management, client-facing communication, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rare diseases, biologics, gene/cell therapy, or high-cost products.
• Familiarity with limited-distribution networks, REMS, and hub services.
• PMP certification, Master’s degree, or MBA.
• Active RPh license or PharmD in good standing.
