Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of progressive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
• Experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Excellence leadership, with preference for immunology.
• Launch-Phase Field Leadership experience (e.g., Division Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, or National Sales Lead).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the Launch Operational Plan with a robust Strategic Account Management capability.
• Monitor field execution and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Provide strategic input for the Brand Plan and drive adoption of new operational initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps in the field and enable targeted interventions.
