Job summary

CelLink seeks a Process Engineer for its New Product Introduction (NPI) team to transform bold ideas into manufacturable products for EV, energy storage, and aerospace. You design and scale processes to bridge prototype and production, validate first articles, ensure manufacturability, and enable successful product launches across high-volume manufacturing environments.

This role requires a 5–7+ year track record in process design for manufacturability, yield improvement, and startup settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of hands-on professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale processes from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
• Design, implement, and validate manufacturing processes for scalability and reliability.
• Build and qualify first articles and establish process readiness for validation.
• Partner with customer-facing teams and cross-functional groups for product viability and readiness for commercialization.
• Identify product development needs and align process roadmaps with customer requirements.
• Conduct structured experiments and root cause analysis to de-risk scale-up.
• Work hands-on with high-volume manufacturing and R&D equipment.
• Develop process documentation and train staff for handoff to production.
