Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Process Engineer on the Technology Transfer team to bridge NPI and high-volume manufacturing. You will characterize and mature pilot processes into robust, scalable production, validate equipment and process capability, and support smooth handoffs to sustained mass production.

With travel to the NPI HQ (Redwood City, CA) up to 25-50%, you will own transfer, process validation, and documentation, driving yield, throughput, and quality targets while working across NPI, Design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on professional experience.
• Experience with roll-to-roll/web handling processes under tension preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the transfer of products from NPI into high-volume manufacturing.
• Scale and mature processes to high-volume production.
• Establish and validate process windows, operating parameters, and control strategies.
• Lead process qualification, capability studies, and structured validation activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve gaps and drive launch readiness.
• Provide hands-on, on-site launch ownership and line support during ramp.
