Job summary

The Davis Companies is seeking a senior, hands‑on Supply Chain leader in Massachusetts to own Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory, and Shipping & Receiving. You will build and scale a multi‑disciplinary team, align material flow with build schedules, and partner with the CEO to manage risk and opportunities.

A strong background in high‑mix, high‑volume and engineered products is essential. The role requires designing scalable processes, resolving shortages, and driving ERP/MRP integrations.

Qualifications

6–10+ years of supply chain and purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 4+ years leading and building supply chain teams.
Proven experience supporting high‑mix, high‑volume and custom products.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the entire supply chain function including Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Receiving.
Design scalable processes and own MRP discipline with data‑driven decisions.
Partner with CEO to provide insights, risks and solutions.
