Job summary

Aon is launching its Early Careers Launch Development Program for budding brokers in the United States. You will gain hands-on broking experience across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance while learning how risk, markets and client strategy come together to create value for clients.

The program blends on-the-job learning with business and professional development, exposure to data and technology, and opportunities to build relationships across Aon’s teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Curious, motivated and excited to learn.
• Interest in business, risk, insurance, reinsurance, analytics, finance, economics, client service or global markets.
• Desire to pursue a career in Commercial Risk and/or Reinsurance - Broking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and build market insight using data, analytics and market intelligence.
• Support market submissions, renewal materials, placement documentation and client deliverables.
• Engage insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Build experience coordinating renewals, reviewing contracts and maintaining documentation.
• Build trust through client meetings, presentations and clear recommendations.
• Coordinate broking workflows across teams and partners and improve processes.
