Aon is seeking soon-to-be and recent graduates to join the Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers. You will learn how brokers help clients understand risk, navigate insurance and reinsurance markets, and make better decisions that support resilience and growth.

The Launch Program offers hands-on experience across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance, with on-the-job learning, mentorship, and exposure to data and analytics to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Graduating seniors with a minimum GPA 3.0 and US work authorization without sponsorship are required.
• Proven interest in business, risk, insurance, or analytics is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop broking/advisory skills through a structured program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposures using data and market intelligence to support pricing and program recommendations.
• Assist in market submissions, renewal materials, and client deliverables.
• Support placement workflows across broking, account management, and analytics teams.
