Job summary

Luminize is hiring for an Onboarding Manager (Amazon Marketplace) to own the end-to-end onboarding of newly signed brands from late-stage handoff to Brand Management handoff. You will be the client’s primary contact, coordinating across Content, Advertising, Supply Chain, Catalog, and Data to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, brand or account management and project management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central with Amazon reps.
• Track record guiding clients through onboarding or implementation processes.
• Experience navigating client conflicts and scope/timeline changes with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills across multiple timelines.
• Ability to work strategically and hands-on in the same day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive ownership mindset.
• Proficiency in Asana (or similar) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and activation for every signed brand.
• Serve as primary point of contact and build trust with new partners.
• Navigate ambiguous onboarding processes with contract terms and Amazon requirements.
• Create detailed onboarding project plans across Content, Advertising, Supply Chain, Catalog, and Data.
• Reconcile sales commitments with onboarding capability and lead on differences.
• Own escalations and renegotiations without escalating to leadership by default.
• Maintain client relationship from signature through handoff to Brand Management.
• Set and defend catalog/SKU launch plans with Catalog team.
• Own inventory/launch timelines with Supply Chain Onboarding; adjust forecasts/POs as needed.
• Assist with Subscribe & Save transfers and direct Amazon rep communication.
• Coordinate Seller Central and Vendor Central access via Amazon SPP and internal systems.
• Guide clients through POs, forecasts and launch planning with internal teams.
• Join late-stage sales conversations to translate deal context to onboarding deliverables.
• Lead handoff meetings so Brand Manager inherits a stable, documented account.
• Design and improve Luminize's onboarding playbook, templates, and standards.
• Manage multiple onboardings across brands and stages.
