Job summary

Welo Global is a multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions provider. This role owns the English into Latvian quality for UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content and serves as the primary client-facing linguistic expert.

The successful candidate will coach reviewers, run alignment roundtables, and maintain documented evidence for arbitration and escalations, while collaborating with the client Language Manager.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance
• Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and managing escalations
• Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
• Ability to analyze style guide changes and map expectations by content type
• Hands-on coaching, shadowing, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the locale’s review service score and alignment performance, including RQE audit outcomes
• Run regular alignment roundtables and publish a structured monthly quality digest
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one, conduct shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training
• Propose improvements to style guides and share cross-locale patterns with the Quality Manager
• Maintain alignment with the client’s Language Manager and raise concerns with evidence
• Ensure arbitration records are valid and well-evidenced and manage client communications
