• Quality check all food and correct mistakes.
• Work with Kitchen Staff to ensure smooth production.
• Adapt menu/recipes/seasonal items as needed.
• Meet standards for presentation of all dishes.
• Follow cross-contamination guidelines and monitor temperatures.
