Job summary

Duetti is seeking a Deal Executive for Latin America to negotiate, sign, and close catalog acquisition deals with artists and creators across the LATAM market. You will coordinate with A&R, Investment, Legal, and Finance to ensure deals meet company and artist objectives.

You will shape the LATAM acquisition strategy, working with the Head of Sourcing and senior leadership. This role sits at the crossroads of music, operations, and data analytics, directly impacting hundreds of artists in the

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or comparable finance/advisory function.
• Fluency in Spanish
• Understanding of the Latin American music industry and ability to navigate complex contract structures.
• Ability to assess opportunities and risks during negotiations and due diligence
• Ability to interpret legal agreements and summarize them concisely
• Strong attention to detail and proactive in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, negotiate, and execute LATAM catalog deals with artists and their teams.
• Project-manage deals end-to-end with sourcing and operations to maintain healthy pipeline
• Collaborate with Investment and Legal teams and support investment committee reviews
• Develop solutions to rights acquisition challenges across Latin American publishing structures
• Build and nurture relationships with artists, managers, labels, and other stakeholders
• Support A&R team in reaching ambitious goals in a dynamic startup
• Track deal points using internal tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and Notion
• Monitor music fintech trends and regional market dynamics across LATAM
