Responsibilities

• Lead licensing negotiations to secure rights from record labels and artists.
• Collaborate with the legal team to draft and review contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key record labels, promoters and artist representatives.
• Analyze royalty rates and other terms to quantify impact.
• Audit business metrics and perform data-driven problem solving.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
