Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Latin America Customer Service Specialist to support sales of golf products within the Latin America region. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong product knowledge, and efficient order management.

You will interact with customers, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with travel up to four weeks per year and a base pay range of $25–$27 per hour plus

Qualifications

Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, with business vocabulary.
Experience in a call center or comparable environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience creating and distributing reports on sales and service functions.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Acts as main customer service point of contact for Latin America accounts.
Promotes TaylorMade products and services to Latin America accounts to grow the base.
Escalation point for warehouse and order flow issues, including returns and other interfaces.
Uses CRM to record, track, and manage customer interactions.
Handles calls to identify service needs and processes orders, credits/returns, and billing issues.
