The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of golf industry experience, including direct interaction with top golf professionals. The expected salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, supplemented by benefits including health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years general golf industry experience.
• 5 years direct interaction with golf professionals at the highest level.
• Strong fitting and product optimization background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Staff Program members.
• Oversee company's key sponsorship activities.
• Identify and recruit top golf professionals.
• Work closely with Sales team for brand loyalty.
• Manage product fitting at key facilities.
