Master Precision in Bloomington, MN is seeking an experienced Lathe Machinist to operate multi-axis CNC lathes and produce aerospace components from exotic alloys. You will read CNC programs, interpret GD&T, and ensure tight tolerances while maintaining safe, efficient throughput.

Responsibilities include tool setup, live tooling adjustments, and first-pass quality checks with CMMs/Trimos. This is a direct-hire opportunity across shifts with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.

Bring your CNC expertise to a precision-driven environment where you’ll operate advanced multi-axis, multi-turret equipment and produce tight-tolerance aerospace components from demanding exotic alloys.If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work where they matter.The RoleAs a Lathe Machinist, you’ll set up, adjust, and operate multi-axis and multi-turret CNC lathes to produce high-quality aerospace parts safely, efficiently, and consistently.
