Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Auburn, CA is seeking a CNC Machinist (Lathe) for 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 1:30am to produce precision parts and maintain quality.

You will set up and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints, verify dimensions with gauges, and document activities. Eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for relocation and $1,000 for new hires; comprehensive benefits kick in early.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience machining with CNC lathes.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment: micrometers, calipers, height gauges.
• Knowledge of GD&T and cut-tool geometry.
• Ability to coordinate tooling and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce machined parts.
• Validate material and inspect dimensions against specifications.
• Troubleshoot and replace worn tools when needed.
• Record keeping and communication across shifts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
